This foreclosure provided challenges as we paid more then we traditionally would have. There was a lack of foreclosure supply so we made the decision to take it on, so the renovation had to be cost effective but still focus on our high end finishes and floorplan re-designs. The Kitchen re-design made the space more open & functional & doubled the amount of usable cabinets. The Master Bath was gutted & re-designed to fit a New Large Walk-in Tiled Shower & a 120” New Vanity with Dual Sinks a Powder Area, etc. The Guest bath went from under utilized to a perfect luxurious space with a 115” New Vanity with Dual Sinks & New Large Walk-in shower. The list of upgrades is to long to note but include a New Roof, a New Pool Deck where the dated River Rock was removed, the floor was floated with a spraycrete finish, the Pool received a New Surface & New Tile & so much ore.
