This was unique as it was a highly distressed short sale where we paid more then we normally would. This home sat on the best Lakefront Lot in the entire community & we knew if we renovated it right we could leverage the view and capture a premium in value. The overgrown mess outside was the 1st thing we tackled, then New Exterior Paint, a New A/C System, Restored the Tiki Hut & restored the Pool including the Pool Deck. Inside we used a Natural Acacia Wood Floor in the Den, Dining Room & 4 Beds to compliment the Neutral Tiles. The Kitchen Cabinets were in good structure shape so we restored them, installed a Custom intertwined Travertine Backsplash, Exotic Granite Counters, S/S Appliances, Crown Molding, etc. All 3 Baths were updated with upgraded Vanities, Exotic Granite, New Mirrors, Lights, Fixtures, etc. Every aspect of the home was renovated focused on high end finishings just also be cost effective. It was hard to balance this but in the end we sold it for the highest sales price in over 2 years in that community. No Nonsense, Just Quality Renovations!!
