In this Realities of House Flipping Video I address a real potential issue you can encounter, which is Permit Delays. They can be a major obstacle & cause significant time delays in your project. It doesn’t even have to be a Flip, it could also just be a Renovation to your house, which will require a Permit. The Reality is you have to Pull Permits to do a job right & unfortunately you will have ZERO control on how fast the Building Department responds, building inspection schedules, etc. You are at their mercy. I share a real life example, explain the impacts & provide tips on how to avoid delays.
